This policy explains how our shipping works so there are no surprises.


Processing Times

Processing times vary depending on what you ordered:

  • Digital downloads: delivered immediately after purchase

  • Print-on-demand products: production time varies by product, then ships once made

  • Custom handmade products: processing time varies based on the item and current volume

  • Standard stock items: typically ship within a standard processing window unless otherwise stated

Estimated shipping/production timeframes are shown in the product listing when applicable.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using standard carriers. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier demand, weather, or customs.


Print-on-Demand Shipments

POD items are fulfilled by third-party partners and may ship separately from other products.


Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.


Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carrier disruptions

  • weather events

  • customs processing

  • holiday volume

Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control — but we’ll help where we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows an item was delivered but it cannot be located, buyers must contact the carrier first. If you need help with next steps, email us.
