Return & Refund Policy — Ravenwood Hollow

At Ravenwood Hollow, we take pride in what we make. Please review the policy below before purchasing so you know exactly what to expect.


Digital Downloads + Photography

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

If you have trouble accessing your files or notice an issue with the download, contact us and we’ll help.


Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

Some physical items are fulfilled through a print-on-demand (POD) partner. Because these products are made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • or significantly different from what was ordered

If there’s a problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ravenwoodhollow.com and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.


Custom Handcrafted Products

Custom items are made-to-order and may include natural variation.

Because these items are custom, all sales are final, except when the product arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • or significantly different from what was ordered

If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@ravenwoodhollow.com with photos so we can resolve it.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.


Standard Stock (Non-Custom Physical Items)

For non-custom physical products (standard stock), refunds or replacements are only offered if the item arrives:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

  • or significantly different from what was ordered
