Once launched, your storefront runs quietly in the background; orders flow through approved vendors, fulfillment is handled, and the system is maintained without daily involvement from you.

This service is designed for business owners who prefer delegation, consistency, and clean systems over hands-on management.

When you work with Ravenwood Hollow Studio, the following is handled for you:

• Platform hosting and maintenance
  
• Ongoing operational management
  

You do not need to manage orders, vendors, or storefront infrastructure.

What This Service Is Not

To keep expectations clear, Ravenwood Hollow Studio does not provide:

• Marketing or promotional services
  
• Sales, revenue, or growth guarantees
  
• Consulting or strategy services
  
• Partnerships or profit-sharing arrangements
  

This service provides infrastructure and management—not outcomes.

Pricing

One-Time Setup & Launch

The initial setup focuses on structure, consistency, and ease of ordering - because merchandise only works as advertising if it’s easy to buy, easy to wear, and consistent with your brand.

$150 total

The setup fee is intentionally split into two payments:

$75 (Setup Payment)

Due before work begins.

Covers storefront build and initial product catalog setup.

$75 (Launch Payment)

Due prior to storefront launch.
Covers final configuration, testing, and launch preparation.

Work begins after the setup payment is received.
Launch does not occur until the second payment is completed.

Monthly Hosting & Management

$65/month (first month waived)

Covers platform hosting, vendor coordination, system maintenance, and ongoing management.

Your account remains active as long as the monthly hosting fee is paid.

Payment & Account Terms (Summary)

• Monthly billing keeps your account active
  
• A 7-day grace period applies to missed payments
  
• Accounts can be reactivated within the grace period without penalty
  
• After the grace period, a $25 reactivation fee applies
  
• There is no cancellation fee and no formal cancellation process
  
• Nonpayment automatically terminates the agreement
